At Flō, we honor and invest in people by seeing and understanding their unique design and gifts. We also help ensure team members are well suited for their roles and are clear on role expectations. To do this, we utilize various assessments including DiSC® Profile Assessment, 360 Evaluations, Myers Briggs, Working Genius, Love Languages, Apology Languages, leaderPOP, Team Dimensions, and the Redemptive Gifting. These assessments not only help us build stronger, more effective working relationships, but they also harness the strengths of our whole team by helping us love and honor each other so we can maximize our influence and impact together.

We also bring in speakers regularly as part of our Grow with the Flō series, to help equip the team in different ways.

At Flō, we are passionate about helping others. Being missions-minded and others-focused is ingrained in who we are. As a missional company, we partner practically and financially support numerous organizations to help make a positive impact on people and communities across the globe.

One program in particular that holds a special place in the hearts of Flō colleagues is Bee Me Kidz, an exciting non-profit organization founded by Flō that is dedicated to helping at-risk children build the social and emotional skills that will enable them to succeed in school and life.

M46 Ministries is another ministry that is near and dear to us because it was co-founded by Flō’s CEO, Bryan Elliott and his daughter, Bryn Elliott. The Ministry was born out of their personal stories of tragedy and extreme loss, redeemed by Jesus and transformed into testimonies of Jesus. M46 is built around the idea of practicing a better way together, so that all might hear and see God’s transformative power and experience His healing love.

Other Partnerships

We also partner with different Houses of Prayer – including our own one at the office. Other types of organizations we support include global transformational, apostolic, prophetic, international outreach ministries, pro-Israeli, inner healing, workplace, youth, family, entertainment, and educational.

In addition, all team members are given paid volunteer days each year to give back to their communities in ways that are meaningful to them. Flō also brings in speakers as part of its Grow with Flō series to help equip the team in different ways. At Flō, we don’t just believe in doing good work – we believe in doing good at work too.
