We have several sequence of operations documents in the SELF HELP/CONTROLS section of this website. They are divided into controls type (i-Controller vs i-Controller 2.0), unit tonnage, and program revision. If you are unsure of which sequence of operations matches the unit, please email techsupport@systemsflo.com with a request for the relevant SOO and include the unit serial number + job name on your request. Alternatively, call Flo Support at 888-598-1198 Opt. 3.
