Meet Bryan Elliott: The HVAC Visionary with a Mission

What drives a leader like Bryan? It’s not just business; it’s a blend of faith, a rock-solid sense of purpose, and a passion for fixing things—especially when it involves keeping our food fresh and our shopping experience comfortable.

As co-founder and CEO of Flō Energy Solutions, Bryan’s goal is simple: boost the performance of HVAC systems for food retailers and make the mechanical systems run as efficiently as possible. With his expert team, he’s not just tackling an industry challenge; he’s helping revolutionize how supermarkets adapt and thrive in a quickly changing industry landscape.

Beyond the Business Card

Bryan wears many hats: engineer, author, speaker, and philanthropist. He believes there’s always a better way, and that belief drives the innovation at Flō. His mission isn’t just technical; it’s personal. His values—faith, freedom, truth, and justice—are the foundation of Flō’s success, ensuring every action aligns with a deeper purpose.

Leading Change and Making Waves

Under Bryan’s guidance, Flō Energy Solutions tackles big issues: environmental stewardship, evolving customer demands, and the operational efficiency of food retail ecosystems. They don’t just fix problems; they future-proof the food retail sector.

More Than HVAC: A Life of Purpose

Outside Flō, Bryan’s dedication runs deep. He co-founded Bee Me Kidz and M46 Ministries and supports the community by serving on various boards. His books, More Than Gold and As In Heaven, share his personal and family journey, and encourage readers to embrace faith and purpose. With a passion for meaningful work, Bryan exemplifies what it means to lead with heart. As he continues to innovate in HVAC and inspire beyond it, we’re excited to see where his vision takes us next.

Let’s Get Personal:  Did you know … ?

  • Bryan got rid of his car several years ago because he’d rather walk … everywhere.
  • He often bikes or walks around the city in the morning. He’ll often start walking sporadically during calls or meetings throughout the day for exercise, fresh air and good ideas.
  • He LOVES food. In fact, he says it’s his ‘love language’. He loves it so much that when he recalls a trip, he’ll talk about what he ate instead of what he saw.
  • He often orders 2 mains at a restaurant because 1 simply won’t cut it.
  • Bryan recently spoke at the 40th Annual Thanksgiving Dinner event in the Nation’s Capital at the Fairmont Chateau Laurier in the famous Canada Room (Note: the Canada Room has a longstanding Canadian tradition and continues to host key events involving diplomats, government officials, and influential figures). Bryan gave his speech to a roomful of ambassadors, commissioners, members of parliament and senators to which he shared his business journey with Flō , M46 Ministries, Bee Me Kidz and of course his personal testimony, which no surprise, highlighted faith & science and Kingdom principles
  • He loved to play basketball and was captain of his university basketball team. He also played for 2 years on team New Brunswick and played in both the Canadian Junior Nationals and in the Canada Games, where his team won both bronze and silver medals. Just a few years ago, the members of that silver medal basketball team were inducted into the NB basketball hall of fame!
