Drawing from a family legacy of HVAC design and engineering expertise, Barb has cultivated a deep understanding of clients’ needs, focusing on service excellence. With more than 20 years of ever-increasing responsibilities with firms such as Berg Chilling Systems, Armstrong Fluid Technology, and HTS Engineering, she has consistently demonstrated an unwavering commitment to promoting client relationships, solving their problems, and cementing their loyalty. Barb is passionate about her role as Flo’s brand ambassador, whether presenting at conferences or meeting customers one-on-one.

Barb holds a chemical engineering degree from the University of New Brunswick and has held her professional engineering license since 2005.
