Laura contributes more than 15 years of experience in process and product development to Flō’s continued success. Recognized for her expertise in food retail system-level performance and controls, she plays a pivotal role in developing engineering talent within the company.

Since joining the company in 2013, Laura has climbed the ladder from Controls Engineer, to Applications Engineering Supervisor, to Engineering Manager where she led all aspects of Flō’s engineering, including design, R&D, applications, production and controls engineering, to her current Director position. Flō’s clients benefit from Laura’s passion for transformational leadership and innovation — she’s always looking for a better way. These days, Laura spends her time shaping and implementing an innovation strategy to solve customer problems and achieve transformational growth while leading the engineering team through outcome-based management.

Laura earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology.
